Happy Thanksgiving

The best part of baking pies is the smell of your home when you're baking them. Just finished this pumpkin cheesecake pie and there's a tart cherry one in the oven (had to call about 10 stores to find the right cherries, but so worth it). My place smells amazing. My other assignments: pastry wrapped brie with raspberry preserves, maple syrup and candied pecans on top; and my grandma's delicious rolls. Have a lovely time with family and friends! See you on Monday.

Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. The pastry wrapped brie with raspberry preserves sounds amazing! Is it difficult? Hope you share that recipe.
