It doesn't quite feel like the holidays without snow here so yesterday Hank and I made some pom pom snow garlands like these to hang above the tree. Are you still decorating your place for the holiday too? I'm sure you're busy this weekend with lots of holiday festivities just like we are. With exactly two weeks to Christmas my advent calender has become a holiday chore list. speaking of hot chocolate: i ran out of white sugar this morning so i replaced it with brown sugar. it was really good.

I love that string of white pom pom garland...so pretty. i would hang it from branches in big vases around my apartment.
